Value Engineering Management is a structured approach, which, by maximising flexibility and efficiency, aims to add value to projects, processes and products.  In order to achieve this, the company meets with stakeholders in a workshop based environment and develops the structures needed. 

INTEC has facilitated over 100 value-engineering workshops over the last six years and has held term commissions with government departments to facilitate value-engineering workshops.
