INTEC has worked many times with the MoD and Defence Estates, carrying out detailed technical inspections encompassing building condition survey, mechanical & electrical assessments and services appraisals. On each occassion we have deployed teams of experienced inspectors drawn from varying backgrounds, who under the leadership of the Divisional Director see through the appraisals from background preparation to final written report.
