Management Policy Statement

INTEC Management is a project management based company undertaking specialised commissions within the construction industry, including but not limited to project management, management of design, planning supervision and cost management.

It is the established policy of INTEC Management Ltd, to control the services delivered to clients through an effective and efficient Quality Management System that is process driven and customer focused to ensure the needs and expectations of clients are identified, understood and agreed.

The Company achieves its quality objectives by having an established documented, maintained and implemented Quality Management System developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. INTEC Management is committed to continually improve and comply with these requirements.

We establish an effective project organisation for each commission defining levels of responsibility and lines of communication incorporating Client's quality, standards and procedures as appropriate.

INTEC Management Ltd are conscious of the need to:-

Sustain and improve the high quality of project management services provided by the company to ensure that all contractual requirements between the company and its clients are consistently achieved.
Provide documented assurance to clients to demonstrate that the specified requirements for each project will be, are being and have been achieved.

INTEC Management Ltd recognises that our staff are vital to the success of our company. To compliment and achieve our Mission Statement INTEC's aim is to maximise staff satisfaction, retention and knowledge, with an ethos of open communication. All staff are subject to regular appraisals to identify both training and career development opportunities and are actively encouraged to become fully involved in the delivery of our service.

We will ensure that this policy is kept under continual review for suitability and communicated to and understood by our staff and all other interested parties.
