 INTEC Management were appointed as the Project Manager and Planning Supervisor for the decontamination and subsequent demolition of the Matrix Building at Cubic's main headquarters. The works consisted of stripping the building of all asbestos via the procurement of a specialist contractor and overseeing the careful demolition of the entire building creating a site suitbable for future redevelopment.
These works were very problematic due to the high water table, close vicinity of a lake and working within the boundary of an established headquarters. However, the contract was completed both on time and under budget.
