 A subsidiary of the multi-national European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company, Portsmouth based EADS Astrium is a world leading satellite design and manufacturing company. INTEC were appointed to project manage the civil engineering infrastructure for the installation of two communication dishes in Hampshire, a new satellite tracking facility in Wiltshire, and most recently another communication dish again in Wiltshire. INTEC provided both planning and construction design services, cost management and CDM co-ordination. All four installations were completed to short and inflexible time schedules.
