 The most prestigious location in Knightsbridge, 38 Hans Crescent is a brand spanking new brick and glass structure overlooking "the most famous corner shop in the UK" where all the bank's customers receive the highest values of exceptional standards of personal service.
INTEC exercised total project management control of all aspect of this complex fitting out of the 38,200ft2 of multi-use space, including extensive negotiation and investigation of unsatisfactory base build facilities.
Spread over 6 floors, the space provides state of the art facilities at every turn and houses a luxurious atrium customer reception, discreet international banking hall, personal banking suite, 'wealth centre' for high value customers, a mix of cellular and open plan offices, meeting rooms, staff break-out and facility areas for up to 400 staff.
The project was completed exactly to programme and the £4.6m budget. |
