The work comprised construction of 360 new cells, new sports hall, medical block, chapel, perimeter wall and associated infrastructure, together with refurbishment of existing education and administration facilities.
INTEC managed the entire process through appointed architects, engineers and quantity surveyors. Reporting to our project manager, INTEC had a site team of resident engineer supported by two clerk of works.
