INTEC were appointed in 2002 to project manage the research and development and subsequent roll out of Modular Off-site Housing Units for Spaceover Ltd.
The first project, called Barons Place, is a 3-storey development of key worker flats in Southwark, London.
The Landlords were the Peabody Trust who supported the research and purchased the completed project. They have been successfully operating the complex for 2 years where operation and maintenance costs are exceptionally low.
