INTEC were appointed as agent for Dolphin, monitoring the landlords works and subsequently providing construction management services for the fit-out and relocation of Dolphin staff to their new Headquarters.
The Landlord works started in the summer of 1999 with accommodation handed over and occupied in several stages. Full occupation for up to 400 staff was completed by March 2000.
