 INTEC were employed by the Ministry of Defence in Gibraltar to complete some 620 technical inspections comprising of mechanical, electrical and structural elements for their building assets.
This comprised of a team of 6 inspectors actively logging the various defects and compiling technical appraisal reports.
Using these reports, a 10 year maintenance programme was costed using our 'in-house' Quantity Surveyor Practise and issued back to the MOD for their Asset Management Department to refer to. |
