INTEC were the Project Managers, responsible for all aspects including the scope design of architecture, M&E, refrigeration and structures. We used the JCT81 Design and Building form of Contract.
The client used us for initial feasibility studies and we were very much involved working with the client's general practice surveyors in the site purchase. We advised the client on capital allowances and assisted his accountants with successful negotiations with the tax inspectors.
