INTEC completed a contract with Friends Provident to refit the listed 1929 built Daily Express building in Manchester. INTEC acted for Friends Provident in negotiations with the Conservation Offices and the Landlords to secure the site.
We provided multi-disciplinary design, cost control and project management, engaging space planners and services designers as sub-contractors.
The renovation provided modern 50,000 ft2 call centre for 500 staff with full IT hub rooms etc. Building includes new modern Head Quarters and full staff dining facilities. |
