 Working on behalf of the Royal Air Force, INTEC acted as Project Manager for the construction of a new build facility for the repair of Chinook helicopter rotor blades and composite panels at RAF Odiham, Hampshire.
INTEC provided multi-disciplinary design and space planning, cost control and project management, engaging architects and building service designers as sub-consultants.
Comprising 500m2 of modern workshops and offices the facility provides a fully controlled environment for correct handling of composite materials and "at source" dust and fume extraction to provide work areas fully compliant with health and safety requirements. |
